Jac Zagoory Designs is a pen and desk art company conceived by Jac Zagoory in 1995.  The company is dedicated to designing original, thought-provoking writing instruments and pewter desk accessories which include unique pen holders, staplers, and staple removers.  We also provide custom designs for corporate clients. 

 

How do you ship?

We ship from New York City. Shipping rates include:

All orders under $40 are a flat $3.00 rate (unless other service is requested)

All orders $40 and over include free standard shipping which is best way shipping by us and estimated arrival time may vary.

All other UPS services are available at additional costs that are calculated in the check out.

Most orders will ship within 3 days, please note we do not ship on weekends and all major holidays.

International Shipping Powered by



We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.

Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "Outside The U.S.?" button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

 

 

 

What Payments do you except?

We accept payments by credit card (see the checkout for which are available to use) and PayPal.

 

 

What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns within 14 days for full product refund (we do not refund shipping charges). Return shipping must be paid by the customer. ** Item must be returned in exact condition it arrived in for full refund. Restocking fees may apply.
